If you or someone you know is detained

1. Stay calm. Do not resist and do not argue on the street.
2. Ask: «Am I being detained? On what grounds?» and ask for the officer's name and number.
3. You may ask to call a relative or a lawyer. Give our duty number: +996-39-2-24-61-61.
4. Do not sign anything you have not read or do not understand. You may write «I do not agree» on a record.
5. Relatives: call the duty lawyer with the person's full name, date of birth and where and when they were taken.
